Who can purchase Arrowhead products?
National Park Service employees, Volunteers in Parks, and
other approved partners are permitted to purchase Arrowhead
products.
Who determines what items are sold on Arrowheadstore.com?
A committee of NPS employees review and approve all items
sold on ArrowheadStore.com.
Do I need an NPS.gov email address to make a purchase?
The nps.gov email address assures us that you are approved to
purchase Arrowhead items. If you do not have an nps.gov email
address, you may still make your purchase and we will verify
your involvement with the National Park Service.
I can't find the product I am looking for. What now?
If searching on our website doesn't turn up the product you
want, we may not carry it anymore. We’ve been working on new
Arrowhead products to give you more diversity. Please contact us
with any concerns.
Do you offer customization?
Arrowhead is proud to offer customization to select products.

What are your hours of operation?
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM
(EST). Orders placed outside of our normal business hours will
be processed the next business day.
What is your return policy?
Thank you for your purchase. At ArrowheadStore.com your
complete satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it's
sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. We want to
make it easy. No authorization from customer service is required
when making a return or exchange and we will not charge
additional shipping to send an exchange.

The fastest way to make a return or exchange is to ship the

Include a copy of your original receipt and note if the items is
being returned for a refund or exchange. Items eligible for
returns must be new, unused, and unopened. All returns and
exchanges must be made within 180 days of original purchase.
Shipping & handling charges are calculated on the merchandise
total according to the schedule below. The rates below are for
standard orders shipped within the continental United States.

Alaska, Hawaii, International destinations and expedited
deliveries.

Postal Service. If you have special requests (e.g. specific

When will I receive my order?
The majority of our online orders ship within 24 hours of
receipt of the order.
All orders will be processed within 3 business days of placing
the order. For U.S. domestic locations, delivery of in-stock
items will occur within 7 - 10 days for standard shipping and 3
- 4 days for expedited shipping. For international locations,
delivery may vary. Delivery methods and time for expedited mail
will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
